757 Transport LLC is a Family-Owned, Service Disable Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOBs), Women -Owned Small Business (WOSB) and minority owned that was established in 2014 to quality and affordable non-emergency transportation (NEMT). We have expanded to include medical courier transport.
The founder of the company, Mr. Benjamin Franklin, has over 10 years of work in this field and the companyโs combined experience exceeds 17 years. While Mr. Franklin was assisting his clients with disabilities, he realized that there was a great need for these services.
We are dedicated to serving our community by providing all services to your loved ones who are ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher accessible transportation. We will even travel with you or your loved one from interstate or nationwide. Providing exemplary customer service is what our company is based on.

Our team is our greatest assets. For this reason, 757 Transport is dedicated to effective training, and retaining the best employees is critical to accomplishing our mission. Our team is subject to rigorous screening and training which includes background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle reports, physical health, CPR training, and extensive internal training regarding job-specific tasks and obligations making them compliant with all laws and standards required by the state and designed to ensure safety, reliability, and professional. They are also educated on all HIPAA rules and regulations in addition to facility-specific policies and procedures. Various annual and semi-annual re-certifications are required for all drivers in addition to random drug and alcohol testing.
In addition to effective vehicle operation, drivers receive an abundance of equipment training to include proper use of wheelchairs, hydraulic lifts, and securing devices. Drivers are trained on how to properly load, secure, and unload ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher-bound patients.

The driver will not stay with you during your medical appointment; they will typically drop you off and then return to pick you up when your appointment is finished.
We hire the best drivers. Our driversโ screening process is elaborate, drug and alcohol testing, background check and motor vehicle check.
All drivers are monitored by GPS to ensure that they are driving on the right and safe path.
Yes, however children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

Yes, an escort may accompany a member to an appointment. Your transportation services may be a ride-share and there may be other members scheduled to ride with you in the same vehicle. As such, seating may not be available for the additional individual or family members who are not scheduled to receive services.
Yes, after-hours and weekend transportations are provided on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure proper accommodation, we request 24-48 hours advanced notice. However, we always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.
